Welcome! I have moved several times in my life, and I remember how challenging it was to find a place a faith community that “fit.” Whoever you are, your whole self, including your doubts and your fears, are welcomed here. The mission of St. Paul’s is to be a community of open arms, listening hearts, serving hands, and diverse voices… because we believe that Love is a commitment not a sentiment.
We don’t claim to have all the answers, nor will we tell you how and what to think. However, we are convinced that because of Jesus’ resurrection from the dead no matter what we go through or what we do, life—not death—has the last word in our lives. God never gives up on us. That’s why we believe abundant life is found in following the way of Jesus Christ.
We are an LGBTQIA-affirming community, and we believe that we were created out of God’s love and meant to live into and share that love. We’re not perfect, and we don’t expect you to be. We do believe, however, that we need each other, which is why we commit to living in community together—warts and all. We all have a little something to learn from each other, don’t we? We would be honored to walk this journey of faith with you.
